Troubleshooting: Unable to hear audio in live session

If you experience audio issues during your live session, try the following steps:

1) Try logging out of your live session player, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and log back in again.

2) Restart your computer completely and try again

2) Switch the web browser you're trying to use. If you don't have another web browser installed, try one of the following:

Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Apple Safari
Opera

3) Contact the Help Desk, if you continue to experience issues.
