I click on Payment Plan Checkout but I do not get anywhere to enter my card details.
Can you explain the process to enter card details for Payment Plan?

If you’re unable to see the payment details on the checkout page, you may need to do either of the following:
1) Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try again: https://qibla.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/654118-clearing-your-browser-s-cache
2) If the above doesn’t work, switching your web browser should help. We recommend any of the following web browsers:
